The steak and the baked clams were delicious. I wish they had leafy spinach instead of only creamy.

native Staten Islander, Have been there in years, pleasantly surprised.. Food was delicious ... Service was great .. Until we got home and my leftovers had a bite in my filet mignon.. and it wasn't mine ...!WTF!! That's all I got !! To respond, Just wanted to bring to your attention so that it doesn't happen again....we will back. It was so good!

Just left West Shore Inn. We went for Stephen's birthday. My first impression was oh no stairs to get in. Since I'm in a wheelchair I didn't think I'd be eating there. The manager? Busboys and waitress all came out with a ramp and helped me into the building. They were amazing. It was a little dark inside , but great for date night. The staff was very attentive ,but not overly attentive. We ordered a coconut margaritas (delicious) and a Pina colada just as good. We then had the Porterhouse aged steak (24 ounces of pure melt in your mouth pleasure.) Prime Rib delicious and chicken parm over linguine was very good. Our side were sautéed mushroaoms and linguine with clam sauce. Needless to say we all brought home at least half of our dinners. For dessert we shared a Brownie Explosion(Omg so good.) And scrumptious Tiramisu, which was on the house for the birthday boy. I thank all that helped me and will definitely return. Just a note : Their website states cash only, but the receipt showed a final charge for a credit card. Below was the amount for cash price. Just be aware. All in all 5 out of 5 stars.

Coming back from New Jersey surprise surprise traffic! We were hungry and got off at Victory Blvd. we agreed on a restaurant, but on the way there we saw the West Shore Inn Steakhouse it has a sign on the front best steak on Staten Island but we noticed how long they were established. Our unplanned stop turned into the best laid plans we never made. Service was excellent, everyone was welcoming and the restaurant kept getting more crowded, always a good sign. Appetizers excellent, the bread served with cinnamon butter was a treat. Creamed spinach, truffle fries and loaded mash everyone enjoyed. The stars of the show was the rib eye, t-bone and prime rib were melt in your mouth good. We will remember this neighborhood gem.

Steak is amazing. If you need a great place for food and drinks this is it. Old school style very vintage on the inside but the food is absolutely delicious. Staff is great as well.

Old-school ambiance and friendly down-to-earth staff. Meet your friend for a cocktail at the bar, then grab a seat at a booth, where you will have your very own lamp over your table. Intimate, but cozy, low-key but quality. We had the porterhouse for two, which was absolutely tender and delicious, not to mention perfectly cooked to a medium rare as requested. Our sides were creamed spinach (nice flavors of garlic and cream), mac and cheese (tasty) and brussels sprouts to assuage the guilt. Easily the best pure steakhouse on Staten Island that I have tried, and with reasonable prices for steakhouse fare, with unexpectedly good quality. No criticisms. Mangia bene, folks.
